Mr. Keely serves as Director of Appraisal Services for CLA and is critical to the overall project delivery schedule.  Mr. Keely joined CLA in 2018.  He manages an in-house appraisal staff and contracts with fee appraisers to meet aggressive project schedules.  He is a North Carolina Certified General Appraiser.  Mr. Keely has been a Member of the Appraisal Institute since November of 2012.  Mr. Keely has over fifteen years’ experience in the appraisal industry.
